Provides employers, job seekers and youth of Barry County with a variety of free services including employment assistance, job placement, supportive services, classroom training and on-the-job training. Co-located with MDELEG--Rehabilitation Services and Veteran's Employment Services. Some programs have eligibility requirements. This program's funding is provided through the Barry/Branch/Calhoun Workforce Development Board by the Michigan Department of Energy,Labor and Economic Growth.

The Youth Program provides career and workforce development services to eligible 14-21 year old youth in Barry County. These services build on the academic and career preparation activities available through schools, businesses and other organizations by offering a broad array of activities that include internships, occupational skills training, leadership development opportunities, summer employment opportunities, paid and unpaid work experiences and mentoring.
